This is a highly visible role reporting to the Head of FP&A, offering the chance to translate financial results into actionable insights, influence strategic decisions, and partner across the business to drive performance. Key Responsibilities: Analyse performance trends and craft compelling narratives for senior leadership. Provide strategic insight on brand profitability, cost targets, and business performance. Consolidate and present financial information across multiple business units. Lead FP&A system initiatives, process improvements, and reporting standardisation. Deliver ad-hoc analysis and support enterprise-wide commercial decision-making. About You: CA/CPA qualified with 5-10 years' experience in a finance function. Substantial experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or finance business partnering from a large and complex organisation (essential). Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate numbers into business stories. Experience producing and presenting business packs to executives. Collaborative, confident, and capable of influencing senior stakeholders. Highly organised with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
